Open your heart — spiritual heart! Feel that you have the arms of the soul- arms of the spiritual heart!

Surrender yourself to Me — to God — and observe what is happening…

The wave of Love and Light will cover you completely, washing away your human form and letting you fly, feel Freedom, a real Freedom of soul.

You are flying like a bird over the ocean.

Spread your arms of the soul as if they would be wings, cherish all beings around and within yourself!

Now you feel the Power of Love and Tenderness, growing stronger and stronger, brighter and brighter!

Shine in My Love and bring My Love to others!

Wrap them in My Love, tenderly caress and embrace them with the same nurturing devotion as a mother cherishes her child.

You feel that this Power of Love is expanding you, making you bigger and broader, stretching you out for kilometers.

The feeling of a separate self disappears when you feel yourself stretching to the point where this sense of separateness bursts like a balloon, dissolving into the Divine Oneness, in the Divine Ocean of Love, Peace and Harmony.

Share these emotional states with everyone you meet on your way!

Love doesn’t demand, Love devotes and gives away; It brings Peace and Harmony.

Be like an infinite fountain of Love and Light, pouring out from you and filling everything around with love!

Become an extension of this Divine Source, filling the hearts of people with love!
