This book was written by a Russian scientist, an author of about 30 books on spiritual subjects. In the past he was working in the ecology, medicine, and physiology fields (including studying of behavior formation, physiology and regulation of the reproductive system, as well as neurophysiology). He developed and taught a new system of psychic self-regulation [2]. For the past decades, he was a monk of God, a philosopher and a religious practitioner, who chose God to be his Teacher about 30 years ago and who walked under His guidance the Path of the personal spiritual perfection up to the direct cognition of God in His different aspects and manifestations. Now he is one of the founders of the branch of science called Methodology of Spiritual Development.
The book was written as a result of direct instruction from God. It is addressed to all people interested in philosophy, religion, fundamental psychology, sociology, and spiritual self-perfection.
