Let\s experience ourselves as hares and run around the birches on the soft snow.
Let\s experience ourselves on this glade — and dissolve in the expanse of sunlight!
Sun — let\s infuse into it by our spiritual hearts and then shine together with it, from within it.
Rejoicing of the sunlight — let\s soar in it!
Subtle morning sunshine fills our chakras with its energy.
Feel anahata and vishuddha.
Let\s fill with this light our anahatas and vishuddhas.
Evening calm. But one needs to be dressed warmly.
Alder catkins — the favorite food of hazel-hens.
Spring birches of the north Russian forests are especially full of subtle energy.
Edible young shoots of fern are delicacies of the spring forest.
Black cocks are singing far off... One may hear bleat-like sounds of snipes... Soon woodcocks will begin their courtship display...
Let\s stand nearby them and immerse ourselves into the bliss of spring sunset.
This is a good-looking photo but there is no true subtle beauty in it.
Rajas: the theme of struggle.
Let\s turn again to spring.
Smell the fragrance of thawed earth, hear frogs croaking, skylarks singing.
Morning sunbeams to the surface of forest lake.
It\s so easy to fly up into this light and dissolve oneself in it by becoming it.
Sultry summer day. We are cooling our bodies in this shallow and pure forest river. One cannot immerse the body completely into the water, so we are enjoing the coolness by turning from side to side.
Let\s run barefoot along this forest road and fly up into the tenderness of morning mist, permeated with sunlight.
Profound evening calm bewitches! One cannot leave!
Let\s feel it in the hands!
Let\s fill with this light our vishuddhas and experience them overfilled with delight!
An indian lotus is a symbol of the spiritual growth. The lotus begins its growth from the mud (silt) at the bottom of the reservoir (tamas guna), passes through the volume of water (rajas guna) and blossoms in the light of sun (sattva guna). Its leaves and pentals are non-wettable — water slides off them. This symbolizes steadfastness in sattva guna, invulnerability to the influence of rajas guna.
The first trip. The legs do not operate well yet, so one has to put them wide.
