Minimum Program and Maximum Program for Spiritual Devotees

What do we need to master from the minimum program — to become like our Divine Teachers?

— Stability in the Divine subtlety of consciousness.

— Hugeness of the subtle consciousness.

— The dominant Mergence (Consubstantiality) with God in His Abode and in the Light-Fiery states of the Holy Spirits.

— Developed ability for active actions by the Hands of Consciousness.

The subsequent deification of the matter of the body is a maximum program, which also makes sense.

In the process of mastering the above, the adept helps others in this and — through it — develops in oneself the aspect of Wisdom.

… This direction of spiritual work can be identified with the words Modern Developed Hesychasm. Although such terms, as true Sufism and Vajrayana, Raja- and Buddhi Yoga, are also suitable.

How can a person with a functioning intellect get to the Perfection? Let’s briefly consider these steps.

1. Ethical cleansing, including the recognition of God’s Commandment from the Bible about not eating creatures whose bodies contain blood (Genesis 9:1-4). Failure to abide by this Commandment was the Fall of people. Those people massively perverted this principle, proposed by God, pretending to be feeble-minded (or perhaps they really were feeble-minded?). At the same time, they tried to defile God by claiming that He did not understand the difference between an immaterial soul and material blood.

But people cannot hide from God…

Ignoring this Commandment is a clear sign of sectarianism. God does not allow such people to enter His Abode. (For more information, see [12]).

(All of our books are devoted to ethics, as God understands it; see the list of recommended literature. I will emphasize the books [11-12]).

The role of the spiritual heart should also be introduced into one’s understanding.

2. Cleaning the body, harmonizing the body’s bioenergetic structures (the chakras, main meridians, dantians, segments, the “new middle meridian”, the “bubbles of perception”), and working with Kundalini. (All exercises should be performed with the eyes of the body open. With closed eyes, real work is replaced by the creation of imaginative representations, which has almost no value.)

3. Mastering the ability to look from the anahata and other chakras — not only forward, but also backward.

Mastering the ability to live life as a spiritual heart (with active and capable hands of the soul).

Moving the center of self-consciousness away from the body and looking towards the body — from there. (Meditation is mastered on open spaces: on the banks of large reservoirs or in the mountains).

4. Further subtilization of the soul; it is the only radical way to approach the Holy Spirits and the Creator. We cultivate subtle and subtlest emotions. We renounce all gross states of the soul.

We — as souls — merge with the subtlest in nature and when communicating with worthy people.

“Total reciprocity” should become natural (see, among other things, our films).

5. Cognition of the Holy Spirits and Mergence with Them. Growth of consciousness in communication with Them. Mergence with Their United We.

Samadhi, that is, the Bliss of the highest degree, arising from the direct perception of the Holy Spirits in the spiritual heart, becomes a common occurrence.

The Holy Spirits now become Standards of Divinity — first of all, in terms of subtlety — which helps one not to go astray.

(This completes the minimum-program. But higher achievements are also possible):

6. Getting to know God in His state of Transparent Calm (the Turiya state). We flow into It and merge with It.

We must now learn to exist in the intergalactic space of Turiya while in Mergence with the Primordial Universal Consciousness through the technique of “total reciprocity”.

The meditation called the “Full Height in Turiya” helps one learn to merge the state of Turiya with the body and learn to live like this.

It also requires a degree of purity of Consciousness in which there are no negative emotional shades even when meeting and interacting with a monstrous human abomination.

Pranava in Turiya is a method of removing such wickedness.

7. The peak of the Perfection is achieved as a result of a solid mastering of all which has been said.

At this stage of development — through the body of such a Person, God manifests, among other things, striking miracles to attract the attention of atheists and foolish believers and explain to them the meaning of their life on the Earth and how to realize it.

The scheme of spiritual growth can be briefly expressed, in particular, in the following words:

1. At first, the Teachings of God are intellectually mastered — with emphasis on its ethical component.

This can be combined with paragraph 2.

2. Initial mastering of: a) calm and b) bioenergetic purity of the body and the “cocoon”. The subtilization of the consciousness is carried out.

3. The emphasis is on the growth of the volume of the subtle consciousness. The Holy Spirits and then the universal Primordial Consciousness are cognized. We learn to attune to Them and merge into Them.

There is no doubt that only a few out of millions of people will be able to master all or almost all of these stages in the foreseeable future.

Most are eliminated because of their inability to change even their gluttonous eating habits.

Another major reason for dropping out is the unwillingness to reject one’s proud egocentrism. Let me remind you in this regard of the Commandment of the New Testament: “... In lowliness of mind — esteem each other as more significant than yourself!” (Phil 2:3). And Jesus spoke of Himself as being meek and humble — and that is why He offered others to learn from Him! (Matt 11:29).

And it is not “personal power” that must be sought, but God, Who is Love! (1 Jn 4:8; 4:16).

Those who undertake to lead other people along the spiritual Path must be loving, tender, caring, modest, completely free from violence, absolutely decent, and fully competent.

And those who allow and even deliberately develop emotional coarseness based on an overgrown self, on self-conceit, on arrogance, on the desire to subordinate others, to despise them, to play with them like with toys — they prepare themselves for hell, no matter how high of a position they may have gained during their life on the Earth.

Earthly titles and offices have no value beyond the death of the body.

I would like to emphasize that only the already developed unshakable love-aspiration for God allows one to travel the entire Path.

But how to develop it in ourselves?

We must begin with the love for what is beautiful in the Creation! Only by loving the Creation can we learn to love the Creator!

Good luck to all of you!
